No analytics, advertising or profiling tool is deployed on this site, so no cookie exists for those purposes and there is no consent banner to dismiss. What remains is strictly necessary: the security and load-balancing layer in front of the site may set a technical cookie to distinguish a normal visitor from abusive traffic, and the page keeps no local storage of its own beyond what the browser needs to render it.

Two, and only two. The inquiry form is posted through FormSubmit, which relays the seven submitted fields to our sales mailbox and does not retain a copy for its own purposes. The site itself is served and protected by Cloudflare, which processes every request and holds the security and access logs described above. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and these are the only processors of submitted enquiry data. Separately, the typefaces used across this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives the IP address and user-agent of every visitor who loads a page; if you prefer not to send that, your browser can block third-party font requests and the site remains fully readable in its system fallback fonts.

Inquiry data, order records and technical files are held on systems controlled by our operation in Shenzhen, China, and are accessible to the staff who need them to quote and build the order. Where a customer's own jurisdiction requires a specific transfer mechanism or a data processing addendum before files may be sent, that mechanism is agreed in writing before the first file transfer rather than assumed.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to restrict how it is used, ask for a portable copy, or object to a particular use. Two limits apply honestly: records we must keep to perform a contract or to satisfy accounting, tax and export obligations cannot be deleted on request, and technical files covered by an NDA are returned or destroyed according to that agreement rather than erased unilaterally.

The operating company's registered name, registered address and registration number are VOLTCIRCUIT, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. These fields are placeholders on purpose: they will be filled in before this page is published, and we would rather leave a gap visible than print a detail that turns out to be wrong.

Retention periods are Enquiry correspondence and quotation files are kept for 24 months from the last contact, or for the life of an active supply agreement plus six years where an agreement is in force, whichever is longer. Manufacturing records — process data, inspection results and component traceability — are retained for a minimum of seven years so that a board can be traced after delivery. Files you ask us to delete are removed from active storage and from backups on the next backup rotation.. Until that schedule is published, the position we will work to is this: inquiry correspondence that does not become an order is kept only as long as it is needed to answer the inquiry and to show what was quoted, and records attached to a placed order — order documentation, traceability records and technical files — are kept for the period the applicable accounting and quality-system rules require, after which they are destroyed.
