Scope boundary
We do not own or operate a bare-board fabrication plant, and we do not present a partner's capacity as our own. Bare boards sourced from audited partner fabs, with incoming inspection and full lot traceability — that sentence is the boundary of this page, and it is also why the incoming inspection bench below exists as a permanent station rather than an occasional check.

Who does the work
DFM and DFA review runs before a stencil is cut, so land-pattern and panelisation problems are raised while they are still free to fix. Prototype builds receive a first-round DFM report within 24 hours. The same engineers who review the design also own the NPI gates — stencil and fixture, first article, pilot run, volume release — and the selective-solder and reflow programmes on the floor.
Engineering headcount 25–30, an indicative range
Incoming inspection covers bare boards from audited partner fabs, components and moisture-sensitivity status, with a record written per lot. In-process checks cover solder-paste printing, 3D SPI, post-placement and post-reflow AOI, and electrical test. Outgoing inspection applies the IPC class agreed for the order before the lot is released.
Quality headcount 15–20, an indicative range
European and North American accounts are handled by English-speaking project managers who quote dates from Shenzhen time, UTC+8. Questions raised during a build are answered within one business day, and the answer comes with the production record behind it rather than a status adjective. Escalation goes from the project manager to the commercial lead and then to formal written notice.

How to check us
Every lot of bare boards arriving from a partner fab is inspected on receipt and the result written into the lot record alongside the certificate of conformance. Ask for the record of a past lot and the board shop behind it is named in the file.
Gerber files, BOMs and assembly drawings are held in access-restricted directories and are not disclosed to third parties. The same standard NDA that covers a customer's files is offered before the first file transfer, and a countersigned version is available for legal review.
Boards are traced by production lot through printing, placement, reflow, test and packing, with the component batches used in that lot recorded. A field question about a specific shipment can be answered from the record rather than from memory.
The buyer's right to audit this site and its records is written into the quality agreement rather than granted as a favour. Visit scheduling, the records you may review and the reporting format are agreed at the point of contract, including for programmes that never place a volume order.
Management systems
Scope: the quality management system covering SMT and THT assembly production services. Internal audit, corrective action and management review run on this system.
Scope: the environmental management system for SMT and THT production at this site, including solder waste, flux and solvent handling and waste-stream recording.
Scope: production of PCBA. This is a QMS certificate for the production of PCBA — not an FDA clearance and not an EU MDR certificate. Device registration stays with the legal manufacturer.
Scope: manufacturing of circuit board components. Permitted exclusion: product design. PPAP packages are prepared against this system where the programme requires them.
